  • Our session rates vary based on time. Because every project is different, give us a call and we’ll recommend the session that fits your scope, timeline, and goals.

  • Our most popular session is 75 minutes in studio, but we also offer mini sessions for 45 minutes or premium sessions for 90-minutes or more.

  • It’s not required, but it’s highly recommended.

    Many homeowners walk their plans on their own and still gain tremendous clarity. However, the greatest value often happens when your architect, designer, or builder is present. Questions can be answered in real time, adjustments can be discussed immediately, and everyone leaves aligned on next steps.

    If you already have a professional involved in your project, we strongly encourage inviting them to join you. Pre-construction decisions are always more powerful when the full team is in the room.

  • We can project high-resolution PDF documents with scale. This could be architectural plans, designer files or even a scanned hand drawn layout.

    Our team will review your files and make sure they’re correctly formatted for the best results.

  • Absolutely! They typically love running around the studio, but we also have ‘kids stations’ available to include magnet-tiles and coloring books.

  • Yes, our projection is in full color which is great for renderings, landscape design, interior design, and more!

  • We project an endless image, therefore no project is too large for us.

    However, if you want the technical answer we can project about 2,500 SF at a time on our floor.

  • We’ve designed our studio to be comfortable, functional, and productive. During your visit, you’ll have access to coffee, tea, and complimentary beverages to enjoy while you walk your plans.

    The space includes two private restrooms, a full-size refrigerator, and a large conference room with complimentary WiFi if you need to meet, review details, or continue discussions after your session.

    You’ll also have access to our Vibe Board, where you can digitally annotate your plans during your walkthrough. After your session, we’ll send you a PDF of your marked-up plans so you can easily reference decisions and next steps.

  • No, we believe that the 2D full-scale experience that we provide is far superior to any VR experience. With Walk Your Plans everyone can experience the space together, test furniture placement, check sightlines, and feel how the layout feels, with no headset required. It’s the most accurate, accessible way to confirm your design before committing to construction.

    Our studio is equipped with a 20’ elevation wall. This surface is perfect for projecting elevation views (at life-size scale) to create a 3D feeling, confirm ceiling heights, or see large renderings in a new way.

  • Yes! Though we are not licensed to change the plan integrity itself, we can make on-the-spot “redlines” so you can feel what an extra few feet in the dining room is like, etc.

    We can also place and change furniture layouts on the spot as this can greatly impact how the layout functions for you.
